FAQ
What is NYCU LIFE?
We are an independent project team initiated and developed by NYCU students. Because we use these tools every day ourselves, we can see things from a student's perspective and quickly build the features students ask for. All tools, including shuttle lookup and course-planning simulations, are free to use.
Does it cover every campus shuttle and express?
Yes: shuttles for the Guangfu, Boai, Yangming, Liujia, Tainan, and Kaohsiung campuses, plus inter-campus expresses such as Guangfu ↔ Yangming—live positions and timetables included.
Can I export my timetable to my calendar?
Yes. Export a .ics file in one tap and sync it to Google or Apple Calendar—no more typing in every class and room.
Do room changes and typhoon days update live?
Yes. We sync regularly with the course database (more often during add/drop), and bus timetables follow the latest official announcements so you never make a wasted trip.
Where do I report a bug or request a feature?
We'd love to hear it. Use the Wish Pool on any product page or DM our official Instagram—your feedback shapes what we build next.
